RAYSHAPE is known for developing Dental and Industrial Professional 3D printers. It has recently announced two breakthrough developments. The first is the entry of RAYSHAPE to the North American market through a new subsidiary in Columbus, Ohio, which positions the brand on the ideal path toward international expansion. The second is participating in LMT LAB DAY East Exhibition on October 1st in New York.

RAYSHAPE is Expanding in the International Market

Zhen Liu ‘‘Bill’’, the founder of RAYSHAPE

RAYSHAPE intends to continue innovating in the dental resin 3D printing field. And not only by offering new solutions but also by making their machines accessible to more people worldwide. The new subsidiary will be operational at the beginning of October 2022 and has the mission to offer commercial support throughout North America, including pre-sales and after-sales support.

Zhen Liu, the founder of RAYSHAPE, adds: "The international market expansion this year comes naturally for us due to the high demand for resin 3D printers. RAYSHAPE's products' advantages lie in reliability and ease of use, and we believe our solutions can bring tremendous value to dental practices and labs in overseas markets."

LMT LAB DAY East Exhibition

The show will be a place to present professional dental solutions, the Shape 1+ series of DLP 3D printers, which include the Shape 1+ and Shape 1+ Dental machines. It will also be an opportunity to introduce our newly-launched LCD Edge E1 3D printer dental solution. With the latest updates, these DLP and LCD 3D printers are more powerful, accurate, and reliable than any other solution in the market.

Jason Li, the General Manager of the US subsidiary, adds: "Entering the U.S. market is another strategic move for RAYSHAPE to accomplish its aspiration of becoming a global player in 3D printing business. Our proven track record in providing a full-line solution to dental professionals in Asia and Europe will definitely accelerate our market entry into the U.S. and make RAYSHAPE a brand that resonates with our customers and partners. We cannot wait to start our exciting journey here in the U.S.‘‘

Features of the Shape 1+ Dental Series

Shape 1+ Dental volume of 5.67 × 3.19 × 7.48 inch (144 × 81 × 190 mm) & pixel thickness of 75μm

Shape 1+ Dental series from RAYSHAPE consists of two 3D printers: Shape 1+ Dental, designed for dental professionals, and Shape 1+ solution for orthodontic practices & labs.

The machines in the range use DLP resin technology, which projects an LED light source through a DMD (digital micro-mirror device) chip. The 7″ touch screen with a powerful integrated computer provides an easy and reliable experience, making the series intuitive and easy to operate.

It should be noted that all 3D printers work with ShapeWare software, a slicer for getting into solid object modeling and for preparing 3D printing parts.

Shape 1+ volume 7.56 × 4.25 × 7.48 inch (192 × 108 × 190 mm) & pixel thickness 100μm

In addition, all the dental solutions are compatible with ShapeMaterials Dental resins, developed by RAYSHAPE for this industry, as well as third-party resins brands like Detax, Kulzer, KeyPrint, and others.

Finally, it remains to mention that the company’s plans do not stop there. RAYSHAPE expects to continue expanding its availability. It is currently looking for new distributors and partners to broaden operations in the North American market.
