From September 9 to 12, 2025, the FDI World Dental Congress was grandly held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). As an important event in the global dental industry, this year's exhibition gathered experts, scholars, and cutting-edge companies from all over the world. RAYSHAPE, a leading domestic dental 3D printing company, made an appearance at booth G37 in Hall 5.2, showcasing the strength and innovation of Chinese dental 3D printing to the world.

As a chairside digital dental solution, Edge mini can print applications that cover a variety of clinical needs, including implantology, restorative dentistry, and orthodontics. Relying on high-performance printing and optimized printing processes, and in combination with RAYSHAPE's self-developed dental resin, temporary teeth can be printed within 20 minutes, significantly improving diagnosis and treatment efficiency and patient experience. Edge E2 & Edge Max
Dual Stars United, Driving Together!
At this exhibition, RAYSHAPE not only brought the highly popular chairside star Edge mini, but also jointly showcased the "Edge series twin stars" — Edge E2 and Edge Max. With a combined product matrix, it fully covers the full-scene digital needs from chairside clinical to large-scale production.
Edge E2 is equipped with a 9.25-inch 6K ultra-high-definition screen, with a pixel accuracy of 34.4μm, capable of precisely printing over twenty types of dental applications, including implant guides, temporary crowns and bridges, and occlusal pads. Edge Max, on the other hand, boasts an extra-large printing area of 290×160mm, combining high precision with high efficiency, making it particularly suitable for batch production in dental labs and helping to achieve large-scale digital manufacturing. These two products also attracted many domestic and international doctors and lab managers to stop by for observation and consultation.
